A couple of years ago I’ve found a very brief and clear text called “Why your company should have a digital consultant”.

I now allow myself to augment and correct that text. And, while I’m at it, I adapt it a bit to the reality of these last years.

1- WE LIKE WHAT’S NEW, BUT…
Virtual Reality is great. We tried the new Oculus at that expo. The truth… it’s not for your brand. That’s what companies hire us for. To choose the right tools.

2- WE ARE WITH THE CLIENT (NOT BEHIND HIM).
We have years (+23!) of work. We already programed, designed, posted, analyzed, etc. And now we sit down with the client to build the strategy, choose the best executors and follow the project.

3- WE ARE VERY CHEAP
Producing conscious and measured decisions increases effectiveness instantly. As someone once (who? when?) said: “If education seems expensive to you, you should try with ignorance”.

4- WE KNOW TECHNOLOGY
How many times does a customer jump on a technology solution without knowing the alternatives? 9 out of 10 digital platforms already have a more complete, simpler, and better cost-effective solution to know.

5- WE LIKE IT SIMPLE
There are a thousand ways to complicate projects. There are few ways to simplify them. Those are the ones we always look for.

6- WE DON’T WANT A NIGHT OF PASSION
We want a relationship of trust with the client. A long-lasting relationship. Most of our clients have been working with our team for more than 10 years.

7- WE ARE AMPHIBIOUS
We come from offline to online. As we all live today looking at our screens, but we can always see “the big picture”.

8- WE KNOW HOW TO SURF
If there is something that working in this area prepares you to do, it is to surf on a daily basis. And to know when it’s time to ride these waves and when to let them go.
